It is really hard to impress young children. That too, children in the age 6-12 go through varied interests before finding their actual true interest. So, it is really hard to find something useful and gift them. My niece, who is just 7 years old, is a genius in the making. Very introverted but extremely smart. I wanted to gift her a book. I was utterly confused when browsing through Amazon and was baffled by the amount of wonderful books. Then came Amazon's filter "Highly gifted Children's books".
